This year for Christmas, I would like:
- My brother's herniated disk to get all healed up!
- Continued safety for Ben and I as we commute to our fabulously high-paying jobs...ha ha!
- A door knob on our back door (it keeps falling off, which makes entering the house ridiculous)!
- That weird coolant and electrical smell to quit coming from my car...and for the thermostat to stop going toward the H, causing me to have to pump heat into my car with the windows rolled down on my commute to work when its 40 degrees! Hmm...if only I could find a good mechanic...(j/k)
- No more back spasms!
- To finish making Ben's blanket...that I started back in the summer I think.
- Our washer to actually shut off the water when it is done filling up, so I don't walk into an inch of water in our laundry room again, and freak out about the water going into the furnace closet, the carpet and both bathrooms, while trying unsuccessfully to shut the water off and waking my husband out of a dead sleep by screaming to come help his hysteric wife!
- Our second bedroom to actually be an extra room, instead of a giant "closet".
- To be able to update my blog often enough to meet my dad's expectations! (love you dad)
- That 2009 will be just as full of happiness with my husband, opportunities to laugh at all the things that just don't go the way you thought they would, and contentment with all that God has given to us and will continue to give to us in His perfect timing!
May your holiday season be full of God's love, and sprinkled with joy and laughter!
