We're In!

Apparently my dad pays more attention to my blog than I realized. Per his request (and now that we finally have the internet hooked up), I am "blogging" to let you all know that we are officially in our brand new HOME! That's right people, we are home owners!!!

We got the keys at 3pm on Friday, moved a load of stuff during the pouring down rain and prayed it would stop the down-pour long enough to move the big stuff on Saturday (which it did...it was gorgeous)!

We spent our first night in our home on Saturday night and both slept great!

Tomorrow we will get the last few things from our apartment and then clean it like crazy. After Thursday, no more apartment - yeah!

So yes, we have keys, we have moved and we are VERY HAPPY!

Thanks to all our friends for their help: Rachel, Katie, Chris, Victor, Paul, Mom, Grandma....and Rich for changing all the locks and keys so I don't have to worry about any creepy people having keys to our house after all the times its been sold over the past couple years! (Hey - you just never know!)
