6 months!

Happy 6 month birthday to my little man!

Things Josiah has accomplished in the past six months:

• the army crawl...and lately, being up on his hands and knees for several minutes
• sleeping in his crib at night (though not quite sleeping through the night...but close)
• eating solid foods (he especially likes oatmeal and pears!!)
• eskimo kisses...he puts his nose up against your nose (or cheek) and turns his head back and forth
• all manner of "boy" noises...loud grunts, growls and yelling at the top of his little lungs!
• his first tooth...though its still in the process of poking through
• playing by himself for periods of time...and very happily!
• going "swimming"....well, being dunked in a couple different lakes on vacations...but he sure likes to splash!
• grabbing things and playing with (eating) his toys
• rough-housing with daddy
• being dedicated at church :)
• his first camping trip!
• his first time in the nursery at church
• first baseball game
• his first movie (a "Grease" sing-a-long)...he loved the bubble machine
• and stealing the hearts of everyone he comes into contact with...most especially mommy and daddy!!!

I can't believe my little man is half way to a year old already. Six months ago today Ben and I were sitting in the hospital absolutely amazed at this miraculous little life God has blessed our family with. Now its hard to remember what we did before he came!

As we like to say in our family...Josiah, we love you tow the muchness!!!
