Baby's Room

After we found out we were having a boy, this was the first outfit I bought. :)






We have since received many outfits as gifts, as well as a few bags full of boy clothes from Newborn up through about six months...with more on the way. This boy is going to have more clothes than Ben and I put together before he even arrives. And I didn't think anyone could have more clothes than my husband! (He's the shopper in the family!)

We finally settled on a theme for our son's room, once we went and looked at bedding sets. Can you tell what the theme is???

Daddy completely fell for this one! I was sure we would end up with something that had safari animals or with cars, but Ben really liked the sports set. And the more I look at it, the more I love the colors. We are planning on doing the nursery in a tan color. On the wall where the crib will go, we have decided to do vertical stripes of tan, a light blue and a very nice green...all of which are in the bedding set.

Our next goal is to pick out a crib and get the carseat/stroller set-up picked out. I have a few more boxes to clean out in his room, but we are hoping to have the room painted sometime in January and set up not long after that. I am excited to see how it all turns out!
